While each busy book we make is put through intense quality control to ensure unmatched perfection on every page, no one and nothing is perfect. Mistakes happen, and if you find your Quiet Book to be anything less than what you expected, contact us. We’ll take the faulty book off your hands and provide a refund.

The only condition is that we need the book returned in its original condition, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, within 28 days from the date of purchase, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery costs and return costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. 

You will find our return address on the dispatch note that you receive with your order. Please include the dispatch note with your return or alternatively a note of your name and order reference, as this will ensure we process your request as quickly as possible.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
