We deliver to UK with the following delivery options:

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 48hrs tracked)	£4.99

We offer Free UK shipping for orders of £85 or more.

• Orders placed before 2.30 PM Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 2.30 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday or next working day. 
• Express orders placed before 2.30 PM will arrive the next working day, orders placed after 2.30 PM will arrive in 2 working days.

In the event that an item on a next day delivery or express service is delivered late due to circumstances beyond our control, Little Camie Ltd will not be held responsible for this.

Orders will be sent to the address given when placing the order on the website. We can not change the item or delivery address once its dispatched or take responsibility for lost or stolen items if parcels are left somewhere different from the address given.

If your address details are entered incorrectly and shipped, please be aware that we will charge shipping again to resend it out to you.

International Delivery

We use "International Post Tracked and Signed (Royal Mail)" for International shipments.

International Shipping Cost is calculated at checkout.  In general it takes 3-5 working days for Europe countries and 5-7 working days for USA and Canada. Rest of the world can take up to 2 weeks. 

We'd ask that you only contact us if you have not received your order after 25 working days.

When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.  If these charges are unpaid, your order may be returned to us and we will be unable to refund shipping costs.  There may also be costs associated with the return to us, which will be deducted from any refund value.  In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if duties and taxes are not paid.  In this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.

Our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail centre and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you. In these circumstances you may ask for the order to be refunded.

If your country does not figure in our list of shipping country, please send us an email and we will try our best to attend your shipping or order request.

 

Additional info

Please note Little Camie cannot issue a refund or replacement until an investigation with the postal or courier service has been complete, and in some circumstances this may take up to 28 working days from the original point of dispatch.
